The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 204 of 2011 for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are brothers of the husband of the deceased and they have no concern with day to day affairs with the family of the deceased.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on
