II For a direction to the respondents to revise salary of the petitioner in the light of first, second and third ACP/MACP and retirement benefit and to make payment arrears of benefits.

III For a direction to the respondents to refund of Medical expenses incurred by the petitioner amount of Rs 2,82,984.00 for Medical treatment of petitioner's daughter namely Swati kumari aged about 10 years who was seriously suffered from heart problem."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Department, Public Health Engineering, Division Biharsharif, Nalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.4 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law,

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
