JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 4.1.2018, seeks bail in Barauni (Garahra) PS Case No. 93 of 2018 (S.T. No. 93 of 2018) registered under Sections 341, 324, 307, 120B/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that while the informant was returning back from the Court after giving evidence then on the way the petitioner intercepted and shot repeatedly causing fire arm injury in his hand and escaped away.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no time of occurrence is mentioned in the FIR and other co-accused have been admitted to bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court. Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that the allegation is specific against the petitioner of shooting on the informant causing fire arm injury.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
