1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondent to make payment of interest on delay payment of C.P.F. amount up to the date of actual payment that is up to the year 2016-17 whereas the interest on C.P.F. amount has been calculated only up to the year 2010 with respect
Patna High Court CWJC No.6505 of 2024(2) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 to the petitioners has been paid, but the actual payment of C.P.F. amount has been paid in the year 2016-17 without calculating the interest upon C.P.F. amount for which the petitioners are entitled for and as such the action of the Respondents is not paying interest till the actual payment of C.P.F. amount to the petitioners is highly illegal and thus not permissible in ww and vitiated as has been decided by this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 9207 of 2012 by order dated 21.03.2013 by holding that the retired employees have right to claims the receive interest on delayed refund of the C.P.F. accumulation with full interest."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Pariwahan Bhawan, Patna, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
