2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No.98 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 342, 323, 324, 307, 332, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8/20(b) (ii) (A) of the NDPS Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to involve in committing crime along with other co-accused person who assembled in the house of Aas Mohammad near Majhauliya. On search, one country made pistol, live cartridges, mobile phone, surgical blades and Charas like substance were recovered from

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54565 of 2023 vide order dated 27.02.2024 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

6. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible.
