2. The present petition has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 41577 of 2019 which stood dismissed for nonprosecution on 27.11.2019.

3. It is submitted that owing to certain dis-agreement between the petitioner and her then learned counsel, the latter informed that he no longer would be conducting the case and advised the petitioner to engage another counsel. The process of engaging another counsel took some time. In the meantime, the case was dismissed for non-appearance of the petitioner. It is submitted that such default was owing to bone fide reason and

4. Mr. Anil Singh, learned counsel for the Vigilance appears and has been heard.

5. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 41577 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
