Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons abused and assaulted the father of the informant by means of lathi, garasi and farsa as a result of which father of the informant died on the spot. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is accused in four other criminal cases but offences are not of serious in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2021. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6006 of 2021. . There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020 arising out of S. Tr. No.358 of 2021, with a condition that the petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bond of the petitioner will liable to be cancelled by the learned court concerned.
