BADAR ORAL ORDER 19-05-2023 The applicant/accused in Crime No.184 of 2018 registered with Police Station-Maniyari for the offence punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, by this application is seeking his release on bail after filing of the charge-sheet.

2. The F.I.R. of the subject crime is lodged by the First Informant Mithu Kumar - brother of the deceased Rinku Kumari. He alleged dowry death of his sister Rinku Kumari by the present applicant as well as his relatives.

3. According to the prosecution case, Rinku Kumari married the applicant on 16.04.2016 and she died unnatural death on 25.06.2018. It is alleged by the prosecution that accused persons were subjecting her to cruelty by demanding

4. The investigation of the subject crime is over. The crime is not exclusively punishable with life imprisonment. Hence, further pretrial detention of the applicant is not warranted and, therefore, the following orders: (i). The application is allowed.

(ii). The applicant/accused in Crime No.184 of 2018 registered with Police Station-Maniyari for the offence punishable under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code, be released on bail on executing P.R. bond of Rs.10000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) and on furnishing two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court with the following conditions:

(I). The applicant should not extend any threat, promise or inducement to the persons acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.

(II). The applicant should cooperate the trial in expeditious disposal of the trial against him. (III). The applicant should not contact the members of
