JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the orders dated 22.12.2018, passed by the Assistant Inspector General (Registration), Magadh Division, Gaya, before the appellate authority by filing appropriate appeals. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeals are filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits, without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass appropriate orders, thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks,
