2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiating a contempt proceeding against the contemnor/opposite parties for non compliance of the order dated 30.09.2024 passed

Patna High Court MJC No.765 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 in CWJC No. 14999 of 2024."

3. On 30.09.2024, CWJC No. 14999 of 2024 (Sudami Devi vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) was disposed of directing the respondents to look into the case of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order.

4. A show-cause has come which incorporates the reasoned order passed by the Collector, Jehanabad vide memo no. 895 dated 15.05.2025 and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant thereto, payments have been made.

5. He submits that still the petitioner has some grievance.

6. This Court is satisfied that the order has been complied and the liberty is always there to agitate the matter if there is any grievance, in that background, MJC No. 765 of 2025 stands disposed of.
