The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. C1-421/2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The allegation is regarding recovery of 144.06 liters of illicit liquor from a tempo, of which the petitioner no.1 is said to be the driver and the petitioner no.2 is said to be a passenger.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean
