JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chandan PS Case No. 126 of 2016 registered under Section 395 of the IPC. Submission is that there is neither any recover nor the petitioner was put on TIP, except disclosure of name of the petitioner and his confessional statement there is no other material and is in custody since 18.9.2017. It is also submitted that he had been made accused in another two cases without any material, however he is on bail in those two cases.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Raj Kumar @ Raj Kumar Das @ Chhedi Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. S. Kirty, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Banka in connection with Chandan PS Case No. 126 of 2016. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
