The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.211 of 2017 registered under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 4.5 liters from the ditch, near the hand pump, situated in front of the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 22.11.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16613 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Begusaraicum-Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.211 of 2017.
