2. In para 2 of the order dated 07.05.2024, in place of "learned counsel for the respondent", inadvertently, it was typed as "learned counsel for the petitioners".

3. Accordingly, in para 2 of the order dated 07.05.2024 in place of "learned counsel for the petitioners" it be read as "learned counsel for the respondent" and the order dated 07.05.2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

4. It is stated by the counsel for respondent appearing for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5708 of 2015(11) dt.08-05-2024 3/3 writ application itself is not maintainable, as there is no infringement of right of the petitioners, as the petitioners challenged the internal letter issued by the Department of the District Magistrate.

5. On 07.05.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was posted to 08.05.2024 (today) for giving one more fair opportunity to the petitioners.
