The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of specific allegation of recovery of stolen motorcycle from the Dalan of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of bail.
