JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order contained in memo dated 1.2.2021 whereby and whereunder the PDS license of the petitioner bearing license no. 5/17 has been cancelled.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 1.2.2021 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Ara, by filing an appropriate appeal. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under Rule 32(iii) of the Bihar Targeted
