JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for directing the Department of Vigilance, Government of Bihar, for conducting expeditious investigation into the employment made in the year 2014, pertaining to Block Teachers qua the Barauli Block of Gopalganj District, however, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the Vigilance Investigation

Patna High Court CWJC No.4697 of 2020(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 Bureau has already lodged an F.I.R. bearing Barauli P.S. Case No. 5/2019, dated 06.01.2019, under Section 467/468/471/425/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code against six accused persons named therein.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies for expeditious investigation and disposal of the aforesaid vigilance case in question. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
