2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application with regard to petitioner no. 01.

3. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to petitioner no. 01 with a liberty to her to file a fresh application and now this bail application is restricted to petitioner no. 02 only.

4. The petitioner no. 02 seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner no. 02 and others are said to have killed the deceased.

6. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner no. 02 that the petitioner no. 02 is in custody since 27.01.2025. He further submits that the petitioner no. 02 is the father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation him of killing the deceased.

7. Considering the facts of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner no. 02, being the fatherin-law of the deceased, used to stay outside the house for earning the livelihood for the family, this application, on behalf of petitioner no. 02 is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner no. 02, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Nawada at Biharsharif/concerned Court below in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023.
