2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 482 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21© of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 80 bottles of NDPS cough syrup has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 03.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19611 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

8. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
