JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of dowry death of the deceased.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioners and they have falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14217 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016, subject to that condition that laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
