Let the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail before CJM, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S.Case No. 08 of 2015. The learned CJM shall act as per the direction of the learned Sessions Judge who has very clearly observed in his order that the petitioners do not bear any allegation of firing shots. During the course of hearing, it was brought into the notice of this Court that Ashutosh Kumart @ Ashutosh Kumar Choudhary, Raj Kumar Jha @ Mahangu Jha have been admitted to anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa in ABP No. 99 of 2015 by order passed on 10.03.2015. The learned CJM, as such, shall take that order also in view and shall pass the order in favour of the petitioners considering that similarly situated accused persons are enjoying the privilege of bail, without being
