Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of killing the daughter of the Informant and her two children by setting them on fire along with FIR named accused.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are Father-in-Law and Mother-in-Law of deceased and are living separately and are not concerned with the affairs of their son and his family. During investigation it has come that Huband of deceased had illicit relation with another lady which

No.23920 of 2021(3) dt.02-07-2021 2/3 was protected by victim and and there was daily quarrel between them and on date of occurrence also there was quarrel between them and subsequently it was found that deceased and her two children were found dead due to burn injuries. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 13.01.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Buxar (Muff.) PS Case No. 18 of 2021, with following conditions:- (1)Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below.

(3) If the petitioners tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case,
