Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 47 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Two persons were arrested along with illicit liquor and petitioner has been named by one of the accused persons, who fled away from the place of occurrence.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14814 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
