2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners being the aged parents-in-law of the deceased have been falsely implicated and the thrust of allegation is against the husband and Devar of the deceased.

4. A perusal of the first information report discloses specific accusation of demand of dowry as well as complicity in assault on the deceased by various family members including the petitioners. The post mortem report corroborates the accusation of assault with sharp pointed object on the forehead of the

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
