====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Majhauliya P. S. Case No.625 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is motherin-law of the deceased. They are in custody since 07.01.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted against them. He further submits at Para-10 of this petition, it has been specifically stated that the informant realizing his mistake and filed an application before the Court below wherein he stated that his daughter died due to diarrhea and vomiting.

No.24197 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased and nothing specific has been alleged against them. It is alleged that only general and omnibus allegation of demand of Bolero car was being made to implicate them.

On query of the Court with respect to the husband, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the deceased is in custody.

Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P. S. Case No.625 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
