02. 13.07.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30(3) and 33 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 30 litres of spirit was recovered from the "Khalihan" of the petitioners. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 18.05.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named are directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32598 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.S.J-II-cum-Special Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with Baghaila P.S. Case No. 8 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
