The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Town (Saray) P.S. Case No.686 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the first information report, seven accused persons made firing on the deceased indiscriminately and the deceased received fire-arm injuries. The petitioner is one of the accused persons who shot the deceased.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
