This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022, registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 106.2 litres of liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Anany Special Judge, Excise-I, Begusarai, in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022.
