In spite of having received the entire consideration amount of Rs.27,00,000/- through two different cheques as per details mentioned in the complaint petition and also in spite of having scribed the deed and signed the execution part of it, the petitioners are said to have refused to admit the execution of the sale deed before the Registrar at the time of it's registration and are further alleged to have run away from the Registry Office. Case appears rightly registered for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It does not appear a fit case for
