The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation of causing any injury to the deceased by this petitioner even though the allegations of firing are there but those are only concocted and baseless. Some of the accused persons have been granted the privilege of regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court.

Learned counsel for the State is present.
