The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the police patrolling party having got confidential information that two persons were coming from Lakh side of the village and possessing firearms, whereafter the police party apprehended the petitioner and one loaded pistol was recovered from him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Danapur in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018.
