Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wife of petitioner had been protesting and informing the authorities as against the complainant and for this, the present complaint has been filed. He further draws attention of this Court to the fact that the authorities of the Department enquired into the matter and found no truth in the allegation of taking away the official papers or the money. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18229 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No 1778 of 2011 corresponding to Trial No 2666 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
