No. 7072 of 2016 to the extent that since only bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 308C2/2015, pending in the court of learned CJM, Begusarai, hence, the petitioner's prayer for regular bail be considered in view of the ratio laid down in the case of Abinash Kumar @ Avinash Kumar @ Pappu Vs. State of Bihar reported in 2016(1) PLJR, 575.

It is needless to say that the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in view of the ratio laid down in the aforesaid case.
