ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition may be disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the representation dated 30.07.2024 by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3911 of 2025(3) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 respondents State submits that the representation dated 30.07.2024 (Annexure-P/3) of the petitioner may not be available in the office of the Respondent No. 4 and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation along with necessary documents to the Respondent No. 4 within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the said representation, the Respondent No. 4 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. In case the claim of the petitioner is found admissible, the authority shall endeavour to make necessary arrangements for payment of the amounts due as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date the such representation. In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is not legally tenable, he shall pass a reasoned order giving reasons for such rejection. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition
