In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the victim was married with the petitioner and she was killed. The petitioner has tried to pursue this case and they have settled the dispute.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below, the court below
