The petitioners have been in custody since 21.12.2017 in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 186/17 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.
