The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 730 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 17 litres of spirit from a place where the petitioner is stated to be standing. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
