Admittedly, now the retail outlet has been allotted to a third party.

Both the parties have got no objection to this.

Thus, we relegate the petitioner to the remedy of approaching the Grievance Redressal Forum of the Respondent-company, by filing appropriate petition within a period of two weeks from today, which shall be disposed of at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks. The writ petition stands disposed off.
