Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bela P. S. Case no. 186 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the peculiar nature of allegation and also the fact that several independent witnesses have supported the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected. However, the petitioner shall surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from today and the learned court below may consider the case of the petitioner on regular bail without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
