2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 340 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a dispute along with family members.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence as well as the injury report in para-12 of the case diary showing multiple injuries as noticed in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
