The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363(a), 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that the petitioner and co-accused Raju Kumar have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has alleged that this petitioner has kidnapped her along with co-accused Raju Kumar and ravished her.

Considering the fact that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has specifically alleged against the petitioner to have kidnapped and ravished the victim, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
