Misc. No.26801 of 2017, it appears that name of the petitioner no.3 has been wrongly typed as „Md. Hussain' in the title portion of the order due to typographical error in place of "Md. Faiyaz Khan".

As such in the title portion of the order, name of the petitioner no.3 be read as "Md. Faiyaz Khan" in place of Md. Hussain.

The same is modified to the extent as aforesaid.
