The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are allegations of assault against the petitioner, which has caused death of the deceased. In my view this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

The application stands dismissed.

The petitioner may surrender before the Court below within eight weeks.
