JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 04.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6330 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 09.07.2016, other co-accused have been allowed bail and the petitioner being husband is suffering in custody and as such he deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes prayer for bail of the petitioner by submitting that all the witnesses have supported the prosecution version and the petitioner is responsible for the murder of his wife.
