JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 30.08.2017, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S.Case No. 105 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner's wife was killed thereafter dead body was disposed of as demand of dowry was not fulfilled.

It is submitted that it was a love marriage so no question of any demand of dowry.

Learned counsel for the State submits that just within two years of marriage, she was done to death for demand of dowry and dead body was also disposed of discreetly and the petitioner is husband.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
