Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018 for the offence under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 332, 333, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the 150 protesters involved in blocking the road and causing disturbance to the pubic servant in discharging their duties. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the petitioner was one of the members of the mob in protest, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to

No.12676 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
