24-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.11.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 63509 of 2019 (Annexure 1). On the last occasion, vide order dated 10.03.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. On perusal of the same, it appears that after framing of charge on 04.12.2019, three charge-sheeted witnesses, including victim and informant, have already been examined and prosecution has been directed to produce rest of the witnesses.

Considering the fact that trial is already going on, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is again

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13959 of 2020(5) dt.24-06-2021 2/2 rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2019, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible.
