It appears that wrongly respondent nos.1 and 2 have been made party in the writ application.

By the impugned order dated 14.12.2015 the learned Subordinate Judge-III, Siwan rejected the intervention application filed by the petitioner in Final Decree Case No.123 of 1986 recording finding that the intervener-petitioner's father is already there and he has already filed Second Appeal before the High Court, which has already been dismissed.

In such view of the matter when the court below has recorded a finding that this petitioner is not entitled for being added as party in presence of the father, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction.
