ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2023 Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.09.2023, the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit along with a copy of the undertaking to indemnify the Bank, in case, any adverse orders are passed against the petitioner in P. S. Case No. 489 of 2021 filed before Rajiv Nagar Police Station. The copy of the undertaking is annexed to the supplementary affidavit and taken on record.

Having regard to the undertaking submitted before this Court, the petitioner is directed to approach the Bank authorities i.e. Respondent No. 4 and submit the original undertaking before the Respondent No. 4. On receipt of the said undertaking, the Bank officials are directed to release the amount of Rs. 11,92,400/- which is lying to the credit of the Savings Bank Account bearing No. 30958641227 and permit the petitioner to withdraw the same.

3. This Court has not gone into the merits or demerits of the case as the relief sought in the CWJC has being substantially redressed by this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stand disposed off.
