The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C-569 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of subjecting his wife (O.P.no.2) of cruelty with respect of demand of dowry. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep his wife with dignity and care but she is not ready to come.
Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the o.P.no.2. They have opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that she was subjected to assault. He has submitted that if she

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to bring O.P.no.2 to her Sasural and it is expected that O.P.no.2 shall co-operate in the same and both of them will appear before the learned court below on 2.7.2019 and on filing an application by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her with dignity and care and will not assault her and ready to take her , his bail bond shall be extended for six months and during that period their conduct shall be watched by the learned court below by calling them in the first week of each month and once being satisfied with the conduct of both the parties especially the conduct of the petitioner, the learned court below shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner or pass any other order or orders including the cancelling the bail bond of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
